1. OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
Please ensure you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions before purchasing a build course product. Your booking will be confirmed following your agreement with these terms and conditions, and completion of the course registration that you will be sent. We reserve the right to refuse a booking to any party or individual at our sole discretion.
2. CANCELLATION & COURSE CHANGES
Naturally we try to accommodate reasonable requests for date changes or cancellations with refunds, however there is considerable administrative, marketing and organisational costs for each course and thus there are limits to what we can refund based on lead times.
Cancellations at late notice can create financial losses for the company which are unsustainable. As such, our cancellation refund rates are as per the below:
With 28 days notice (or more) prior to the course: Refund of 75% of the course fee
28-14 days notice prior to course, refund of 50% of the course fee
Less than 14 days notice prior to the course, we cannot issue a refund
Thank you for understanding
To cancel or change your booking, please contact heywhatsup@smallchange.ie
All refunds exclude payment processing fees, which will have already been paid to the payment handler at the time of booking.

We hope you understand. If we cancel a course in advance we will of course refund you the full booking amount if we cannot find an agreeable date to reschedule.
